How Can severe Snoring Be Treated?

Please, i need a help on snoring, I am having a serious problem concerning snoring and it s coursing a problem in my family, my house can not sleep and I can snore in any position I slept with. I really need a help, my snoring is even too loud when it was recorded I was ashamed of it. please, can you advice me on this.

I would suggest you to get your sleep study done by chest physician & if abnormal dr will give you one machine called CPAP machine which will push air into your airways so that they don't collapse during sleep.CPAP machine should be applied only during your sleep hours.& you will enjoy sound & refreshing sleep.Also you can try fluticasone nasal spray twice a day or just before sleeping.
